I direct films, shoot photography, and edit visuals, with occasional ventures into graphic design. I also sketch, mostly because I can’t sit still.
Culture is where I return when I need direction, shaping how I read colours, bodies, sounds, and silences long before I think about making an image.
I’m constantly drawn to echoes of what I grew up with, gestures, rituals, ways of speaking and gathering, which become my reference points even when I’m far from home.
Heritage isn’t separate from my practice, it’s the filter through which I notice, frame, and honour details, turning everyday life into a continuous source of inspiration.
My work moves across forms and moods, sometimes it makes sense, sometimes it simply feels right. Both matter, inspired by people, places, and everything that feels real.
